SMS-
GUARD is a compact switching module with connection to the D or E cellular
networks. The inputs of the module can be connected directly to motion sensors
or other sensors to build an alarm system. When an alarm situation occurs,
SMS- GUARD sends a SMS to several cellphone numbers. Based on the number
of detected and recorded events, you can decide if the alarm could
be a false alarm (i.e. z=14 for 14 simultaneously detected motions is not
very probable), if you should alert a security service, trigger a horn, or
else. On request, everything will happen automatically - around the clock.
SMS- GUARD will be programmed for its environment by simply sending some SMS commands from your cellphone to SMS- GUARD. Even more easily, this can be done by some "clicks" under WINDOWS with your programming adaptor. This useful tool allows you also to download the latest functions from the internet, and your SMS- GUARD will always be "up-to-date". Should you require more inputs or outputs - SMS- GUARD can be extended by several extension modules (E-box). The system grows with your application requirements. SMS- GUARD accepts
the usual SIM-cards as well as prepaid-cards, or cards with integrated location
monitoring as offered by www.GENION.de. If SMS- GUARD is installed in your
car, you can always locate your car via internet. |
